5. Liability and Responsibility
5.1. 2R TOURS acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) and is not liable for any losses, injuries, accidents, delays, or damages caused by these third parties.5.2. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unexpected circumstances.
